Refund policy
Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging (including tags, lace intact, and wig net).

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Custom or colored wigs, clearance items, and final sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

HairDownGlamUp reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee (if applicable).

We will provide return instructions and a return address.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the error was on our end.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
